The Farmhouse on the Hill
Hilltop Farms is a beautifully restored 1850 farmhouse on the hill which serves the Cortlandt community as its neighborhood garden center and gathering place.
A complete farm experience from the gravel driveway to the generous wrap-around porch, Hilltop Farms is a wonderful place to have a cappuccino or cup of tea while walking among the colorful flowers, bushes and trees throughout our property.
Stroll through our gardens, relax on the porch with a fresh-baked slice of pie or explore our one-of-a-kind gift shop, chock full of unique and high-quality gifts for the nature and garden enthusiasts in all of us!
